We work to dispatch all of our products within 24 hours. We aim to deliver certain products such as carpets ,carpet underlay, wood flooring next day however on some occasions can take up to 2-3 working days. Offshore delivery can take up to 7 working days. There will be a additional postage charge on non uk mainland postcodes. Any orders purchased on a weekend will be packed and shipped on the following Monday. We offer free delivery on orders over £149 (excluding laminate and wood flooring). Our standard delivery is £14.99 and this is up to 2 working days. Any accessories orders places with us is £6.99 delivery.

Our couriers will aim to deliver between 8am-5pm on the day of delivery.
You can access your tracking information via your confirmation email which you can track your item through the couriers website.
Drivers may sometimes require assistance when lifting larger, heavier items, in which case, we will be in contact with you prior to ensure someone is in to receive the delivery.

At any flooring we have a 30 day returns policy if you may wish to return your product. Please ensure you have put your name and order number on the parcel whilst returning it. Please allow up to 72 hours from when we have received the return for your order to be refunded. Refunds can take up to 3-5 business working days. Please contact us for our returns information if you wish to return a product.
If you wish to return a product to us, please ensure the product is returned in the original packaging and same condition the item was received at.
Returns are the customers responsibility to arrange, so we ask that you find a professional courier who will provide you with insurance for your return. We cannot accept, refund nor replace any damages sustained during this process.
If you wish to cancel your order, customers have a 6-hour period after placing the order to contact the customer service team and notify them of any cancellations or amendments. However, not all cancellation requests are guaranteed during this 6-hour window, as the time of placing your order can impact the processing of your order. Unfortunately, no amendments or cancellations can be approved after your order has begun processing and sent to the warehouse to be cut.
